I work at a rare intersection — GIS, remote sensing, hydrology, and satellite data analysis, now channeled into digital transformation. I don't just advise on the systems; I architect and build them, and I lead the team that delivers them. Today I drive digital enablement for MATARAT Holding — Saudi Arabia's national airport holding company — through Egis, owning the digital roadmap for portfolio management, CAPEX governance, PMIS, GIS, and AI-enabled workflows across 27 airports.

Years spent as the domain expert — with Airbus Defence and Space on national intelligence models, and earlier across hydrological and civil engineering — taught me to speak both languages fluently: the client's and the specialist's. I sit with the people who do the work, learn the problem beneath the requirement, and turn it into systems teams genuinely adopt.

The intent never changes: digital governance that removes human error at the source — freeing experts to spend their time on their craft, not on cleaning data or fighting an ungoverned tangle of files and spreadsheets.

Three industries in a decade — each move a deliberate step onto unfamiliar ground. Every transition demanded a new technical language, a new regulatory world, and a new set of stakeholders, and each one was answered the same way: learn it fast, earn credibility on the detail, and turn the challenge into delivered systems.
